According to the Internet Movie Database, Hilary Swank earned just $75 a day for her award winning portrayal of Brandon Teena in Boys Don't Cry. With the recognition she received for her astonishing performance, Hilary may have elevated to the big leagues. Considering her elegance and classic beauty, given the right roles, we believe that Hilary has the potential to eventually attain Hollywood status reserved for such classic stars as Audrey Hepburn. Fans anxious to see Hilary back up on the big screen will be rewarded with a couple new films. Hilary plays a supporting role in the thriller, The Gift, released in wide distribution January 19, 2001. Hilary stars in the drama, The Affair of the Necklace, which was filmed in Paris and the Czech Republic, and is scheduled for release around Thanksgiving 2001.
