Fashion Trend:

For this event, many celebrities followed one of three basic trends for the evening - elegant black, sumptuous white, or a single vibrant shade, as seen on the lovely ladies pictured here.

(far left) Patricia Heaton sizzled in a hot pink Thierry Mugler evening gown with matching wrap.

(center) Janel Maloney in a vibrant green Eric Gaston gown accesorized by Erica Courtney jewelry.

(right) Roshumba Williams was equally hot in a sexy samba style evening gown.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring cast members, from left, Dominic Monaghan, Elijah Wood and Billy Boyd. The film was nominated for an Outstanding Performance by a Cast of a Theatrical Motion Picture.
