Ryan Phillippe has one of those classic Hollywood stories behind him; they say he was discovered while getting a haircut in his hometown. In the few years since his Big Barbershop Break,  Ryan has quietly amassed a relatively short but powerful resume, first on daytime television and then with a smooth transition to movies. There's no denying his disarmingly good looks, but Ryan truly has talent - the kind of talent that will carry him from teen-idol heart throb to respected leading man as in the 2000 hit Way of the Gun with Benicio Del Toro. Ryan's big screen thriller Anti-Trust landed Ryan his first million dollar paycheck. His next movies include Gosford Park, a murder mystery satire set in 1930's England, and Igby Goes Down. Both movies will be released in 2002. Check out the Red Carpet pages for more pics of Ryan and his beautiful wife, Reese Witherspoon
Busy actor and quite activist, Billy Zane has appeared in more than 40 movie and television shows since his debut in 1985's Back to the Future. While Zane generally plays strong, reserved, or cold hearted characters, in person he is a real gentlemen with a soothing voice. Billy, an avid swimmer, is also a sharp dressed man - you don't see them here, but he is looking good in red leather pants that compliment his well fitted jacket. below: Billy Zane's autograph extends Peace & Love; right: Juli was impressed by Mr. Zane's kind demeanor.
Golden Globe nominee Tom Sizemore (right) is "The Guy."  You know, "the guy" in that movie whose face you recognize from other kick-as# movie roles, but you don't know his name.  In a little more than a decade, Tom has appeared in almost 40 movies.  You've seen Tom in such acclaimed films as 1989's Born on the Fourth of July (he played one of the vets), 1995's Devil In a Blue Dress with Denzel Washington, 1998's Saving Private Ryan, and 1999's Witness Protection, for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe in the "Best Actor" category.   Tom recently starred in Red Planet with fan-phobic  Val Kilmer.   2001 promises to be a big year for Tom, with four additional movies to his credit:  Pearl Harbor, Road to Perdition, directed by American Beauty's Sam Mendes, Ticker and Big Trouble .  Tom is currently working with Josh Hartnett and Ron Eldard on Black Hawk Down, due out in early 2002.
Saturday Night Live alumni Nora Dunn appears in two 2001 film releases, What's the Worst Thing That Could Happen? with Danny DeVito and Heartbreakers with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sigourney Weaver. Nora recently appeared in The Vagina Monologues at San Francisco's Theatre on the SquareClick here for more information.
